    4 oz. Tippy Cow rum cream chocolate shake
    2 oz. white chocolate-flavor syrup
    2 oz. Hy-Vee lowfat buttermilk
    2 oz. Cupcake Vineyards red velvet wine
    2 oz. no-sugar-added tart cherry juice
    Hy-Vee whipped topping, for serving
    Over the Top rosy red sanding sugar, for garnish

    • 2 (8-oz.) martini glasses
    • Large cocktail shaker with strainer

    Directions

    1. Microwave melting wafers in a small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH at 15-second intervals or until wafers are melted, stirring each time. Drizzle melted coating down the inside of 2 (8-oz.) martini glasses. Freeze for 5 to 6 minutes or until coating is firm.

    2. Meanwhile, add liqueur, syrup, buttermilk, wine and cherry juice to a large cocktail shaker; add ice. Cover and shake well until chilled.

    3. Remove glasses from freezer. Strain shaker mixture into prepared glasses. Top with whipped topping. Garnish with sanding sugar, if desired.
