2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 ½ tbsp. fresh lime juice
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground cumin
6 green onions, white and green parts, chopped
Sliced vegetables and tortilla chips, optional

Directions

  1. Coarsely mash avocados using a fork in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir together lime juice, salt and cumin in a small bowl. Fold into mashed avocado. Stir in green onions.
  3. Serve immediately with vegetables and tortilla chips, if desired.
  4. *Test kitchen tip: Cover tightly and refrigerate to develop flavors. Stir well before serving.
