2 | ripe avocados, peeled and pitted | |
1 ½ tbsp. | fresh lime juice | |
½ tsp. | salt | |
½ tsp. | ground cumin | |
6 | green onions, white and green parts, chopped | |
Sliced vegetables and tortilla chips, optional |
Directions
- Coarsely mash avocados using a fork in a medium bowl.
- Stir together lime juice, salt and cumin in a small bowl. Fold into mashed avocado. Stir in green onions.
- Serve immediately with vegetables and tortilla chips, if desired.
- *Test kitchen tip: Cover tightly and refrigerate to develop flavors. Stir well before serving.
