Cucumber Ranch Grill

|8 slice(s) Hy-Vee Cottage bread, divided|
|4 tbsp. light cucumber ranch dressing, divided|
|1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced thin, divided|
|4 slice(s) Fall Seasoned Roast, divided (see recipe on the Hy-Vee website)|
|4 slice(s) Hy-Vee Swiss cheese, divided|
- Lay four slices of bread flat on a sheet of waxed paper. Spray one side of each slice with cooking spray.
- Flip bread over and spread 1/2 tablespoon dressing on the unsprayed side of each slice. Top with enough cucumber slices to cover dressing, one slice of roast and one slice of cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread and spray top with cooking spray.
- Place sandwiches in a large skillet that has been pre-heated over medium heat. Cook until lightly browned on one side. Flip sandwich and continue cooking until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
