1 c. light sour cream
1 medium English cucumber, peeled and chopped
¼ c. sliced green onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped fresh dill weed
⅛ tsp. freshly ground pepper
Fresh vegetables and pita bread wedges, if desired

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and sour cream. Stir in cucumber, green onions, lemon juice, dill and pepper.
  2. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with vegetables and pita bread wedges, if desired.
