    1 Grilled Flank Steak
    2 (8-oz. each) Hy-Vee Bakery French loaves
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee Swiss cheese, divided
    1 c. yellow onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard
    ½ c. Hy-Vee hamburger dill pickle slices
    2 tbsp. curly parsley, chopped

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to broil on HIGH. Let 1 Grilled Flank Steak stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Thinly slice steak; set aside.

    2. Place split French loaves, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Broil until lightly toasted. Reduce oven heat to 400 degrees.

    3. Set loaf tops aside. Add steak slices to loaf bottoms and top with 2 slices Swiss cheese. Place yellow onion and red bell pepper on loaf tops. Sprinkle with cumin and add 2 more slices Swiss cheese. Bake for 10 minutes. 

    4. Add mustard, pickles, and parsley to sandwiches. Top with reserved loaf tops and serve immediately.
