    1 loaves Hy-Vee Bakery French bread
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard
    4 oz. deli sliced reduced-fat ham
    4 oz. roasted pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
    4 oz. sliced reduced-fat Swiss cheese
    2 Hy-Vee pickles, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted

    Directions

    1. Slice bread lengthwise; pull out some of the doughy center and discard. Spread one half of the bread with mustard.
    2. Layer ham, pork, cheese and pickles on top of mustard; cover with other half of bread. Press sandwich together and brush with melted butter. Cut sandwich in half at an angle.
    3. Heat skillet over medium heat; place sandwich halves in skillet and place a weight or another heavy skillet on top of sandwiches to press. Toast sandwich on each side until cheese begins to melt and bread begins to crisp. Remove, cut each half in half at an angle, and serve.
