This quick and easy street corn recipe gets it's crunch from crushed Doritos nacho-flavored chips.
Servings and Ingredients
|4||medium ears sweet corn, shucked and silks removed|
|⅓ c.||Mexican-style cilantro-lime sour cream, or Hy-Vee plain sour cream|
|½ c.||Doritos nacho-flavored chips, crushed|
|¼ c.||cotija cheese, crumbled|
|Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish|

- Charcoal or gas grill
- Silicone pastry brush
- Serving platter
Grill corn, rotating occasionally until cooked through and charred, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove corn from grill.
Using a silicone pastry brush, brush corn with sour cream and immediately dip in crushed Doritos chips.
Transfer corn to a serving platter and top with crumbled cotija cheese and, if desired, chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
