c.Mexican-style cilantro-lime sour cream, or Hy-Vee plain sour cream
½ c.Doritos nacho-flavored chips, crushed
¼ c.cotija cheese, crumbled
Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.

  2. Grill corn, rotating occasionally until cooked through and charred, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove corn from grill.

  3. Using a silicone pastry brush, brush corn with sour cream and immediately dip in crushed Doritos chips.

  4. Transfer corn to a serving platter and top with crumbled cotija cheese and, if desired, chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
