|3 c. Hy-Vee old fashioned oats|
|1 c. Hy-Vee sweetened flaked coconut|
|½ c. shelled raw pistachios|
|½ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans|

Whisk together maple syrup, coconut oil, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a large bowl.
Toss oats, coconut, pistachios, and pecans with maple syrup mixture until well combined.
Spread mixture in prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally. Cool in pan on wire rack. Toss cranberries into granola. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
