2 tbsp. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
2 tsp. Hy-Vee dill pickle relish
½ tsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard

Directions

  1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in onions, mayonnaise, relish, and mustard until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
