    10 oz.frozen baby peas, thawed
    1 c.diced celery
    1 c.chopped cauliflower
    ¼ c.chopped green onions
    ½ c.sour cream
    1 c.prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, original flavor
    1 c.chopped cashews
    bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Combine peas, celery, cauliflower, onions, sour cream, ranch dressing and cashews. Chill.
    2. Garnish with crumbled bacon before serving.
