|1 ¼ c. low-fat buttermilk|
|½ c. Hy-Vee raisins|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee canola oil|
|1 Hy-Vee large egg|
|1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour|
|½ c. Hy-Vee brown sugar, packed|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt|

- Large resealable plastic bag
- 2 medium bowls

In a resealable plastic bag, crush cereal with a rolling pin. In a medium bowl, combine cereal, buttermilk, raisins and vanilla. Stir in oil and egg.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir into cereal mixture until just combined. Divide among prepared muffin cups.
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove muffins from pan and cool completely on a cooling rack.
