Directions
Combine shredded wheat, chow mein noodles, and cashews in a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Combine butter, soy sauce and garlic powder in a small bowl. Drizzle over cereal mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Cool, stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container.
