    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee light salad dressing
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and diced
    1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee coleslaw mix
    ⅔ c. Hy-Vee raisins
    ¼ c. chopped green onion
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee sunflower kernels

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, stir together salad dressing, ginger and lemon juice. Stir in apples.
    2. Add coleslaw mix, raisins, green onion and sunflower kernels. Toss gently to coat.
    3. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until serving time.
