½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
¼ tsp. sea salt
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
1 (12 oz) bag broccoli slaw
3 green onions, sliced
1 medium apple, cored and finely chopped
1 c. coarsely chopped Hy-Vee English walnuts
1 (6 oz) package Hy-Vee dried cranberries

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in broccoli slaw, onions, apples, walnuts and cranberries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
