½ c.Hy-Vee light sour cream
1 tbsp.Hy-Vee lemon juice
¼ tsp.sea salt
tsp.Hy-Vee ground black pepper
1(12 oz) bag broccoli slaw
3green onions, sliced
1medium apple, cored and finely chopped
1 c.coarsely chopped Hy-Vee English walnuts
1(6 oz) package Hy-Vee dried cranberries

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in broccoli slaw, onions, apples, walnuts and cranberries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
