|1 (5-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee butter-garlic flavor croutons|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee freshly grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme|
|2 Hy-Vee large eggs, beaten|

Place crushed croutons in a shallow bowl. Stir in Parmesan cheese and dried thyme. Place eggs in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, into eggs; coat with crouton mixture.
Place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until done (175 degrees). Do not turn chicken pieces while baking.
