    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    ½ tsp. Creole seasoning
    4 (4 oz each) salmon fillets
    Chopped fresh parsley

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, mustard and Creole seasoning.
    3. Place salmon fillets on a greased baking sheet.
    4. Spread the top of each fillet with mustard mixture.
    5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
