    2 (2-1/2-to-3-lb.) pkg. Hormel Always Tender extra-meaty pork loin back ribs, (2 racks)
    ¼ c. Creole seasoning
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee brown sugar, packed
    1 large yellow onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 c. Fat Boy Sticky Stuff BBQ sauce, divided

    • Large rimmed baking pan
    • Paper towels

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Lightly spray a large rimmed baking pan with nonstick spray; set aside. 

    2. Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Combine Creole seasoning and brown sugar. Rub mixture evenly over both sides of ribs. Place ribs, bone sides down, in prepared baking pan. Top with onion. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 3 hours or until tender (210 degrees). Remove from oven. Discard onion. 

    3. Place oven rack 5-inches from heat. Preheat broiler to HIGH. Place ribs, bone sides up, in pan. Brush with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. Broil 4 to 6 minutes or until browned. Turn over ribs and brush with remaining sauce. Broil 4 to 6 minutes or until browned.
