    6 oz.Hy-Vee egg-free wide ribbons
    1(16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee butter
    1small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    ½ c.chopped onion
    1(8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee diced or cubed ham (or 1-1/2 cups leftover diced cooked ham)
    1(15 oz) jar light Alfredo sauce

    Directions

    1. Prepare ribbons according to package directions; set aside.
    2. Prepare frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions and rinse in cold water; set aside.
    3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook peppers and onions until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in mixed vegetables, ham and Alfredo sauce. Simmer, stirring often, until heated through.
    4. Serve ham sauce over hot ribbons.
