|6 oz. Hy-Vee egg-free wide ribbons|
|1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter|
|1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped|
|½ c. chopped onion|
|1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee diced or cubed ham (or 1-1/2 cups leftover diced cooked ham)|
|1 (15 oz) jar light Alfredo sauce|
- Prepare ribbons according to package directions; set aside.
- Prepare frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions and rinse in cold water; set aside.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook peppers and onions until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in mixed vegetables, ham and Alfredo sauce. Simmer, stirring often, until heated through.
- Serve ham sauce over hot ribbons.
