|1||medium red bell pepper, chopped|
|1||medium green bell pepper, chopped|
|1||medium white onion, chopped|
|1||(12-oz.) package whole-wheat pasta shells, prepared according to package directions|
|1||(5-oz.) Hy-Vee chunk light premium tuna in water|
|2||(16-oz. each) jars light Parmesan Alfredo sauce|
|1 c.||Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese|

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté peppers and onion until tender, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, sautéed peppers, tuna and Alfredo sauce and pour into prepared dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
