    1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium white onion, chopped
    1 (12-oz.) package whole-wheat pasta shells, prepared according to package directions
    1 (5-oz.) Hy-Vee chunk light premium tuna in water
    2 (16-oz. each) jars light Parmesan Alfredo sauce
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13-by-9-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

    2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté peppers and onion until tender, about 5 minutes.

    3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, sautéed peppers, tuna and Alfredo sauce and pour into prepared dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

    4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
