    ⅔ c. yellow onion, chopped
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 (26.5-oz.) bottle Gustare Vita tomato basil pasta sauce
    1 ½ c. Gustare Vita tomato passata pasta sauce
    2 c. Hy-Vee vegetable cooking stock
    1 (16-oz.) pkg. Gustare Vita original potato gnocchi
    2 c. fresh basil leaves, lightly packed, finely chopped, plus additional leaves for garnish
    ½ c. Hy-Vee half & half, or Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream
    Satori classic Parmesan cheese wedge, shaved, for garnish
    Gustare Vita lingue croccanit, (crunchy flatbread), for serving

    Directions

    1. Heat oil over medium heat in a 3-1/2-quart Dutch oven. Add onion; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 

    2. Stir in tomato-basil and passata pasta sauces and vegetable stock. Gently simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Add gnocchi. Cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in 2 cups chopped basil until wilted. Stir in half-and-half. 

    3. Ladle soup into bowls. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and additional basil leaves, if desired. Serve with baguette slices.
