    1 small onion, chopped
    2 tbsp. Organic Valley butter
    1 c. uncooked long-grain white rice
    2 c. Pacific Foods chicken broth
    ¼ c. Kraft mayonnaise
    ½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp. dried parsley
    ½ tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
    salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet, cook onions in butter until translucent. Add rice and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover.
    2. Simmer over medium-low heat for 25 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
