1 lbs.Hy-Vee tri color rotini, cooked and drained according to package directions
1green bell pepper, seeded and diced
¼ c.chopped onion
2 c.shredded carrots
1(14 oz) can Hy-Vee sweetened condensed milk
1 c.Hy-Vee granulated sugar
½ c.Hy-Vee vinegar
2 c.Hy-Vee mayonnaise
1 tsp.Hy-Vee salt
¼ tsp.Hy-Vee black pepper, optional

Directions

  1. Combine pasta with green pepper, onion and carrots in large bowl.
  2. In separate medium sized bowl, stir milk, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise and salt until well-blended.
  3. Add dressing to pasta mixture, mix well. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
