½ c. yellow cornmeal | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter |

Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth, garlic powder, pepper and salt to a boil.
- Add polenta in a thin, steady stream while whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Reduce heat; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until polenta is thick and creamy and begins to pull away from sides of pan, whisking constantly. Remove from heat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, sour cream and butter. Serve immediately.
