    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee garlic powder
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee black pepper
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    ½ c.yellow cornmeal
    ½ c.Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee sour cream
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee unsalted butter

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth, garlic powder, pepper and salt to a boil.
    2. Add polenta in a thin, steady stream while whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Reduce heat; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until polenta is thick and creamy and begins to pull away from sides of pan, whisking constantly. Remove from heat.
    3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, sour cream and butter. Serve immediately.
