Creamy Horseradish Sauce

¼ c. whipping cream, chilled | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee prepared horseradish | ||
1 tbsp. minced fresh chives | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper |
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until cream is thick with soft peaks. Fold in mayonnaise, horseradish, chives, salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 24 hours. If held overnight, stir before serving.
