Meanwhile, cook ham slices, two at a time, in medium skillet over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until browned, turning halfway through; remove from heat and set aside.
Heat olive oil in same skillet; add mushrooms and cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring frequently.
Add cream cheese to ramen-broth mixture in saucepan, stir until cream cheese is completely melted.
To serve, divide ramen mixture between 2 serving bowls. Arrange ham slices, mushrooms, and shredded egg on top of ramen. Garnish with everything bagel seasoning and green onions, if desired.
