Creamy Black Bean Dip

2 (15 oz each) cans Hy-Vee black beans, rinsed and drained | ||
2 tsp. garlic paste | ||
4 tsp. Hy-Vee Select extra-virgin olive oil | ||
½ tsp. ground chipotle pepper | ||
Juice of 1/2 a lime | ||
½ c. lowfat sour cream |
Directions
- Combine black beans and garlic paste in the bowl of a food processor. Process until almost smooth.
- Pour in olive oil, chipotle, lime juice and sour cream. Process until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
