Creamy Black Bean Dip
Servings and Ingredients
|2 (15 oz each) cans Hy-Vee black beans, rinsed and drained|
|2 tsp. garlic paste|
|4 tsp. Hy-Vee Select extra-virgin olive oil|
|½ tsp. ground chipotle pepper|
|Juice of 1/2 a lime|
|½ c. lowfat sour cream|
- Combine black beans and garlic paste in the bowl of a food processor. Process until almost smooth.
- Pour in olive oil, chipotle, lime juice and sour cream. Process until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
