2(15 oz each) cans Hy-Vee black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tsp.garlic paste
4 tsp.Hy-Vee Select extra-virgin olive oil
½ tsp.ground chipotle pepper
Juice of 1/2 a lime
½ c.lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Combine black beans and garlic paste in the bowl of a food processor. Process until almost smooth.
  2. Pour in olive oil, chipotle, lime juice and sour cream. Process until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
