1 (16 ounce) package Hy-Vee frozen sweet corn, thawed
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee pepper
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk
15 Hy-Vee snack crackers, finely crushed (about 2/3 c.)

Directions

  1. Combine corn, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until corn is tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in crackers. Pour into greased casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
