    Directions

    1. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. For fluffier frosting, continue beating until light and fluffy.

    2. Makes 2-1/2 cups, enough to frost a 13-by-9-inch cake or two 8-inch cakes.
