    ½ c. organic applesauce
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    2 tbsp. water
    1 (22 oz) pkg Full Circle cookie mix
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries
    ½ c. Hy-Vee English walnut pieces

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
    2. Combine applesauce, eggs and water in a large bowl. Add cookie mix and blend well. Stir in cranberries and walnut pieces.
    3. Spread cookie mixture into prepared pan and bake 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
