    2 oz. gin
    ¼ c. fresh cranberries
    4 mint leaves
    ½ oz. simple syrup
    3 piece(s) fresh ginger, thinly sliced, about 1-inch long
    ¼ lime, juiced
    ¼ c. ginger beer

    • Cocktail shaker
    • Muddler or spoon
    • Ice
    • Cocktail glass

    Directions

    1. Add gin, fresh cranberries, and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker. Muddle, using a muddler or a spoon, to break up cranberries and mint leaves. Add ice.

    2. Stir in fresh ginger slices and lime juice. Shake thoroughly until chilled. 

    3. Pour chilled cranberry-gin mixture into a cocktail glass and top with ginger beer.
