|7 fresh mint leaves, plus additional for garnish|
|1 1/4-inch thick lime slice, plus additional for garnish|
|1 1/4-inch thick gingerroot slice|
|2 oz. coconut rum|
|3 oz. Betty Buzz ginger beer|
|fresh or frozen cranberries , for garnish|

- 1 (10-oz.) cocktail glass
Stir in coconut rum. Pour into 1 (10-oz.) ice-filled cocktail glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with cranberries, a lime slice and mint, if desired.
