Cranberry Pecan Bites
Servings and Ingredients
|1 sheet(s) puff pastry, thawed|
|2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee chopped pecans|
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unfold pastry sheet. Stir together brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Spread sheet with sugar mixture. Sprinkle with cranberries and pecans.
- Fold the sides of the sheet toward the center so they go halfway to the middle. Fold them again so the 2 folds meet exactly at the middle of the dough. Then fold one half over the other half as though closing a book.
- Using a knife or a piece of unflavored dental floss, cut into 14 pieces. Place on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
