1(8 oz) loaf Hy-Vee Bakery Italian bread
8 oz.mascarpone cheese, softened
½ tsp.orange zest
½ c.Hy-Vee dried cranberries
Fresh thyme sprigs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. For crostini, slice bread lengthwise and place cut-side-down on an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Toast for 15 minutes or until golden. Cut bread crosswise into 16 (1-inch) slices.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and orange zest. Spread each toast with mascarpone mixture. Top with cranberries. If desired, garnish with thyme.
