    1 tbsp. water
    ½ package(s) (17.25-oz.) Pepperidge Farms puff pastry, (1 sheet), thawed
    9 slice(s) Di Lusso deli ham slices, or turkey slices
    ⅓ c. Boursin cheese spread, any flavor
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee whole berry cranberry sauce
    3 tbsp. roasted salted pistachios, chopped

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together egg and water; set aside.

    2. Unfold pastry sheet and cut into 9 rectangles. Using a fork, pierce pastry in the center; place on prepared baking sheet. Brush pastry with egg mixture, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire cooling rack.

    3. Top pastry with Boursin, deli meat, cranberry sauce, and pistachios.
