    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    8 oz. Row vodka , divided
    16 oz. Hy-Vee cranberry juice, divided
    8 oz. Hy-Vee light coconut milk, divided
    Rosemary sprigs, for garnish

    Directions

    1. In cocktail shaker or wide mouth Mason jar, mash cranberries and sugar until sugar dissolves.

    2. Divide cranberry mixture between 4 glasses ice-filled cocktail glasses. Stir in 2 oz. vodka and 4 oz. cranberry juice; top each glass with 2 oz. coconut milk to each glass.

    3. Garnish each cocktail with a fresh rosemary sprig and additional fresh cranberries, if desired.
