¼ c. chopped green onions | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese | ||
½ tsp. all-purpose seasoning | ||
2 portobello mushroom caps | ||
4 tbsp. Hy-Vee panko bread crumbs | ||
Hy-Vee non-stick cooking spray |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine the crabmeat, cream cheese, parsley, green onions, Parmesan and seasoning. Spread crab mixture over mushroom caps. Top with bread crumbs and spray with non-stick cooking spray to help browning.
- Bake 20 minutes or until filling is hot and melted.
