    8 oz. Hy-Vee angel hair pasta, dry
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee salted butter
    2 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
    1 shallot, finely chopped
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    4 clove(s) garlic, minced
    ½ c. dry white wine, or Hy-Vee 33%-less-sodium chicken broth
    3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper
    2 (6-oz. each) pkg. jumbo lump crab meat
    ¼ c. Italian parsley, finely chopped, plus additional for garnish
    Hy-Vee salt, to taste
    Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    Lemon wedges, for serving

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; do not rinse. Set aside.

    2. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook shallot and bell pepper until softened. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in wine, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Gently stir in crab meat, 1/4 cup parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss with pasta. Serve with lemon wedges. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
