    4 oz. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee horseradish
    ½ medium avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
    6 Hy-Vee 8-inch tortillas
    8 oz. lump crab meat
    ¾ c. finely chopped red bell pepper
    ⅓ c. finely chopped green onions
    1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained and chopped finely

    Directions

    1. In mixing bowl blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish and avocado; mix on high speed until mixed.
    2. Spread cream cheese mixture on tortillas. Top each tortilla with crab, bell pepper, onions and olives.
    3. Roll each tortilla; wrap securely with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes or overnight.
    4. To serve, slice rolls diagonally into 3/4-inch thick slices.
