4 oz. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee horseradish | ||
½ medium avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped | ||
6 Hy-Vee 8-inch tortillas | ||
8 oz. lump crab meat | ||
¾ c. finely chopped red bell pepper | ||
⅓ c. finely chopped green onions | ||
1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained and chopped finely |
Directions
- In mixing bowl blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish and avocado; mix on high speed until mixed.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on tortillas. Top each tortilla with crab, bell pepper, onions and olives.
- Roll each tortilla; wrap securely with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes or overnight.
- To serve, slice rolls diagonally into 3/4-inch thick slices.
