|4 (4 oz each) lean ground beef patties|
|4 Hy-Vee sesame-seeded hamburger buns|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter|
|¾ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder|
|4 tomato slices|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee salsa con queso, divided|
|½ c. chopped onion, divided|
- Grill ground beef patties 4 to 5 inches from medium heat, about ten minutes, flipping once.
- Meanwhile, spread butter on each side of the buns. Sprinkle each side with garlic powder.
- When patties are nearly cooked, top each with tomato slice, 1 tablespoon salsa con queso and onion. Continue grilling an additional 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Toast buns on grill about 1 minute, or until crispy. Remove buns from grill. Place burgers on toasted buns.
