    1 (2 oz) package Hy-Vee slivered almonds
    1 c. pineapple-orange-banana juice
    1 c. water
    ½ c. golden raisins
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil
    1 (10 oz) package plain couscous

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread almonds on a baking sheet. Toast for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
    2. Combine juice, water, raisins and olive oil in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
    3. Stir in couscous. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff gently with a fork and stir in toasted almonds.
