Place potatoes in a large pot; cover with cold water. Bring to boiling over high heat; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until tender; drain. Add butter; mash potatoes. Add milk, salt, and pepper; continue mashing until smooth.

Meanwhile, microwave frozen vegetables according to package directions. Combine with shredded and warmed rotisserie chicken.
