Country Pork Ribs
This classic and easy three ingredient recipe will take your next barbecue to the next level.
Servings and Ingredients
|3 tbsp.||Cookie's flavor enhancer|
|1 ½ c.||Hy-Vee barbecue sauce|
|3 1/2 to 4 pounds country-style pork ribs|
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine ribs and flavor enhancer. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Prepare charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
- Grill ribs 10 to 14 minutes, flipping once. Brush both sides of ribs with barbecue sauce and continue to grill until internal temperature of pork reaches 145 degrees, turning ribs as needed, about 8 additional minutes.
