    10 slice(s) Hy-Vee wheat bread, cubed (keep cubes from 3 slices separate from rest)
    ½ lbs. Velveeta cheese, grated
    2 c. cubed ham
    10 Hy-Vee large eggs
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee dry mustard
    2 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    ½ c. Hy-Vee margarine, melted
    1 c. chopped mushrooms, optional
    1 c. chopped onions, optional
    ½ c. chopped green bell pepper, optional

    Directions

    1. Prepare the night before. Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan.
    2. Place cubed bread from 7 bread slices, cheese, ham and optional ingredients in pan.
    3. Beat eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk. Pour over ingredients in pan.
    4. Pour margarine over eggs. Top with remaining bread.
    5. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
    6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
