    1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee frozen dinner rolls
    4 oz. Hy-Vee reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
    ¼ c. shredded Swiss cheese
    ¼ c. chopped corned beef
    Hy-Vee light Thousand Island dressing, optional

    Directions

    1. Thaw rolls according to package directions. Stir together cream cheese, cheese and corned beef.
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Flatten roll; place 1-1/2 tsp of cheese mixture in the center of each roll. Wrap dough around cheese and pinch to close.
    3. Place seam-side-up in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Allow rolls to rise for 20 minutes. Bake uncovered for 15 to 18 minutes. Serve with dressing if desired.
