    4 lbs.beef brisket

    Directions

    1. Arrange half of the oranges, onions, celery, garlic, bay leaves, dill seed, rosemary, cloves and cinnamon on a piece of heavy aluminum foil large enough to enclose the brisket.
    2. Place meat on top. Add remaining seasonings. Seal foil.
    3. Place in shallow pan. Bake at in a 325-degree oven for 3-1/2 to 4 hours until tender. Do not open packet until done.
