Directions
Place tortilla chips in a food processor. Cover and pulse until finely crushed.
Combine flour and salt in a shallow bowl. Place eggs in another shallow bowl and crushed Doritos chips in a third shallow bowl.
Dip chicken, one piece at a time, into flour, shaking off excess. Dip into eggs, then evenly coat with crumb mixture. Place chicken on prepared rack in pan.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until done (165 degrees). Place ranch dressing in serving dish; sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Serve with chicken for dipping.
