Combine flour, ground cookies, and baking powder in a large bowl; stir to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together Coffee-mate cookies and cream creamer, egg, and butter. Add to flour mixture and mix until completely combined. Spoon batter evenly into prepared muffin cups.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
